  i am doing chase to chase teller transfer. The fund should arrive to my friend immediately but the teller put transaction to ach transfer. Now my business partner need wait 2 business day to receive the money. Unprofessional that's why people put bad rating

  The employees are very rude! No one knows how to smile or act like they care or even know how to talk to people without acting like they hate you... If you want to be treated poorly and made to feel like an inconvenience, come to this Chase branch! The bankers here act annoyed and cut you off and try to get your out the door. I was made to feel like an idiot and this jerk banker made so many excuses instead of just apologizing for his terrible customer service. There's way better banks that don't suck or treat you like you're annoying.
