  Was told multiple times that my savings account would take protect my checking account if anything would come out negative. So it finally happened wasnt able to make it to the bank to transfer but i remembered they said that my savings would take care of it. WELL they lied. Then told me my account wasnt set up like that. But i was told face to face that it was. Now im in the hole and they wont fix it because their employee said it was set up. Customer service first??? yea not at us bank they just want to take you money. they dont care about what their employees do as the face of the company. Had us bank for 3 years now and im going some where different. DONT USE US BANK
